What a nightmare to have my home violated by water damage and mold, necessitating my moving out and then the step-by-step process of learning the stages that needed to be addressed to make my home safe and livable again. This was an overwhelming and highly stressful situation for me.

I am writing in response to an incident that happened I thought you should be aware of. On July 17th I arrived to my home at 10:20pm to find my washing machine malfunctioned and water was flowing over the top of the machine onto the floor and down into my basement. The basement floor has carpet over most of it. I made the decision I wouldn’t be able to clean this project up by myself and decided to give Advance 1 a call about 10:35. Your technicians on call were very courteous knowledgeable and professional. Their decisions quick thinking and actions saved our finished basement EXTENSIVE water repairs. I called on a Tuesday to make an appointment to have my stepson’s room carpet cleaned. I got an appointment the same week. They got to my house exactly on time and the two men that came were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I did not stay at my house while they did the work and when they were done they called to let me know they were locking the door and leaving. When I got home everything was as I had left it and the rug looked GREAT! They were also VERY reasonably priced and I felt like they went above and beyond! I will be using them again VERY soon!!!
